i'm still against ebaying beer (at least regularly; i'm fine with "i had a huge beer collection, lost my job, time to sell it off"), but this is a good point.

you should always resist "we need to ban this Because of The Children," and look for ways to just safeguard against [whatever the problem with children is]. invoking The Children is a time-tested way of relieving adults of their rights, especially in the USA for some reason.

Until the gov't figures that out and tries to tax that shit. It's the whole "tax anything (especially goods/money) that moves" mantra.

Oh Yeah, that pimply faced kid wearing the ICP Tshirt is going to smack down $100 plus for a bottle of CBS after getting shit faced off two sixers of Natty Ice.

    I see the logic now.

I would imagine the collectable bottles argument won't hold up in a court, especially for people on this forum, who are in actuality buying the bottles for their contents. Do sell alcohol, you need a liquor license - period. I also believe that trading is illegal, as it is my understanding that bartering for alcohol is against the law, even for people with liquor licenses.

    Sup, Captain Buzzkill!

The collectible bottles thing is sarcasm. I see that was lost on you.
