    Drank all my bottles as it was fading fast. None of left, so I imagine it's well nigh undrinkable at the moment.

    For some reason, the Caine-Hackman theory (on some channel, 24 hours a day, there is a Michael Cain or Gene Hackman movie showing on some channel) from that movie PCU, the scene where Pigman is watching a Bridge Too Far with Gene Hackman & Michael Cain popped into my head, and I smiled. . .

    Love that movie.

    But yeah, on topic. ageing is subjective. Batch variation and ingredients, conditions, and many more factors affect flavor, and it's impossible to compare different vintages side by side as if they were fresh.
