Eclipse Futures 2014

Could very well be a supply issue. Barrels like that may be harder to procure than adjuncts.

 

I didn't see the link until 8:04, but was still lucky enough to get all the futures only; now...only if some of the other non futures only will last till Friday so I can buy more when I get paid.

Cheers to not having to pay $36 in December. And also to non-distribution bottles. Got shut out of the High West barrels though...cest la vie

 

Bummed the single malt went first, I think I wanted that more than coffee/vanilla. But this was so easy for my first time trying to order. I wish I had known about these sales in previous years.

 

got everything in, sucks they used paypal though. Anyone know if the futures only *can* be bought at the party? Never been to the party before just wondering.

 

I think they can blend as much vanilla/coffee as they want. Only have so many rum and single malt barrels.

 

They've never done "Futures Only" beers before, so who knows. My guess is they'll be on tap but not available for bottles or they'll be 1/pp - maybe JaVaNilla (*that's what I'm calling it*) will be available for party-goers but the other two sound super limited!

That is not correct they have been doing futures only beers for years now. Have not gone to the release party though so I cannot speak on that.

Sorry, misread a post they made on FB - I didn't see any Futures Only beers last year, and this was my first year buying Futures, so I'm a dumb newb. I thought they said it was their first year doing Futures Only beers, but they just said they were offering some Futures Only beers. My bad, carry on.

 

Totally forgot about this and it seems like all the futures beers are gone. Oh well.

Completely forgot about this until now and the Coffee Vanilla is sold out. I still have bottles left from this year, so no go on an order this year. Bummer.

 

Parabolas, Veritas, BB, and now Futures? I'm maxed out. See u guys next year.(Yea, right. I'm probably going get suckered into opening up another card)....Cheers!

The ordering was easy. Now the hard part is waiting

 

So what happens after this. Do you get an email or something? The only thing I have is the paypal receipt sadly I wasnt able to print the invoice since I was doing all of this on my phone.

 

Keep in mind most of the High West bourbons are blends, and in my opinion, not a very good product in terms of cost/quality ratio. That being said, I'm intrigued in how a single malt from them will work out. I'm optimistic.
