I'd like to ask anyone who is coming that has old/rare Cantillon or Drie Fonteinen stuff to possibly consider bringing a goodie or two. I'll bust out the last of my older bottles of Cantillon, DF, De Cam and a 1993 Belle Vue Selection Lambic. One of my assistants is headed to Brewing School in Berlin(VLB) and I would love to get into a serious sour session for a short part of the night. Let me know...

 

Todd I am bringing a Drie Fonteinen oude gueuze vintage 07 for you and a St. Lamvinus though the latter is a new batch

 

I'm going to bring a '06 3F Doesjel, a '95 Leffe Trippel and a couple other things yet to be decided - probably Struise stuff.

Yes, more BA Stouts!

I was planning on bringing lambic, but only have new stuff.

 

I figured a BA stout with coffee would break up the monotony of drinking BA stouts without coffee.

 

I can bring some HWP Gingerbread stout and some other east coast beers if anyone has a request?

 

I'll grind some coffee. We can make all the BA stouts into BA stouts with coffee.
