ECY bugcounty is back in stock at www.love2brew.com Did anyone brew with this before? If so how did it turn out?

That yeast is fucking awesome. I have a lambic inspired beer going for just about a year now (I just added apricot to it). Tastes incredibly complex, nice depth of sourness, great beer so far. I left it in the primary for the entire time, I am hoping to bottle in about 2 months, provided the beer is ready to go.

If you want more color, you might go with a Flanders Red. I bet that would rock with ECY 20.

Did you only pitch the bug county vial? I have a vial and am not sure if I'm gonna do a clean primary with a clean yeast and secondary with bug county or not?

Vial only... It contains all yeast and bugs you need plus has a large enough cell count (generally speaking) to be all you need

Just grabed one. Don't have all grain equipment but I'm thinking 6lbs of dme, steeping some carapils or adding some malto dextrin.

How long would the life of this be refrigerated? I've got one from mid November that I haven't had the chance to use and plan on brewing next weekend. I have a fresh one shipping right now and wondering which to use.

Use the new one and mail me the old one, I'll dispose of it for you and pay shipping.
