Ecy06 Berliner Blend

    I recently purchased some Ecy06 to do a berliner coming up and wanted to see if anyone has used it, and what their process was. If so how the results were?

    i have only used wyeast's berliner blend which contains a brett strain as well...looks like a fairly straightforward berliner strain with kolsch & lacto. Make sure you're ready in your head to give it enough time to properly sour...it may take a month or more. Also be sure to keep ibus down...that's what usually inhibits lacto from properly souring the beer.
