Efficiency Gain w/ HERMS Setup

    For those running a HERMS setup, did you see efficiency gains going from infusion mashing? What are your efficiency numbers for a typical gravity brew?

    Since I've went I herms not only have I had clearer wort, but consistantly hit my numbers and my efficiency usually lands in the 80's. I'll never go back to the way I was brewing since this has positively impacted my brew days
