I actually think it's a neat idea - some of the details can be a little weird, but in general it's a nice touch to reach out to the community.
That was a two part msg, the Schneider part and the pictures were Scott's @BayernTrips of friends that visit him. Interesting that export is only 25%.
I guess that as a non-native speaker, you're kinda missing out on the incredibly sexist ramblings of the guy on the right in the first part of the video. They probably didn't put subtitles there for a reason.
