If SB7120 aka SB1714 passes it won't exist.

If it does it wont go into effect immediately so they can still do the club within the time frame or use a loophole (theres always loopholes) to get around it

What if it goes into effect retroactively, and I have to sell back my El Cat #1 bottles? :grimacing:

Hope your right, but the legislation is harmful to the craft beer scene regardless of loopholes.

Absolutely, even if some breweries can find a loophole if the Bill passes it is going to make it much harder for most breweries. This Bill will be particularly harder on newer start ups that may not have an established relationship with a distributor. So even if there may be some possibilities of "working" around the loopholes that may exist in the Bill, as a community we should be contacting our elected officials and voicing our opinion. If there was nothing really to be concerned about then we wouldn't be seeing these same sentiments being echoed by the overwhelming majority of craft breweries in Florida. It is much easier to express one's discontent with a proposed Bill and attempt to stop it as oppressed to trying to get a law repealed or to find loopholes later on to exploit.
