Isn't Smog City's anniversary party the same day with a shuttle running between it and ESBC?

Not sure yet. I'm not into the big crowd scene these days. And these anniversary party get bigger every year. ESBC is one of my favorite brewery's with the huge selection of great IPAs. I think the $ to get in is a great deal too. Growler + fill + coozie. Plus shuttle to Smog's event, another favorite of mine. So does the $50 include entry to Smog's anniversary event?

I'd say it probably doesn't but I'm not sure.
