El Segundo Brewing needs to work on their communication

    I pre-ordered a mixed 12pk of Power Plant and Nuclear Power Plant but couldn't make the release party. I emailed (3x to 3 different emails, including orders@ ) to see when I could pick it up and have never received a response. I also called an left a VM on their main line. They still have my money. It has not been refunded. Getting there is not easy for me, so last thing I want to do is show up and be told it's not available anymore.

    Anyone have advice or a contact I could try for answers? Really disappointed in these guys.

    It looks like they respond to people on Instagram, at least sometimes. Might be worth DMing them and seeing if they can either help or connect you with an email address that someone actually checks.

    I got help from a local beer legend and everything is now right with the world. ESBC let me pick up my order last night, easy-peasy. Thank you to this stud, you know who you are.

    For anyone further south, I got both of the big El Segundos at Bine & Vine in San Diego last year.
