I'm going to brew a saison(3711) 100% pilsner malt with 1oz elderflower and agave nectar(mainly for the sugar and its sitting around). I was wondering what hops to part with the elderflower? I want to keep the IBU's around 20-30.

    Ferment it in your garage.

What is it about summit that you think will go well with elderflowers?

The lychee flavor of the elderflower will go well with the peach/tropical flavor of the summit. The hot fermentation will add the same profile too.

    Lychee.

Get some St. Germain liquor, taste the...fruity flowers?

It is a fruity flower. Some people say lychee I haven't had that before so I'm not sure. I'm thinking about using noble hops.
