    Last year Electric Brewing Co. made a BANG in the Haze Scene, 2019 seems like their year. I've had a couple of their earlier stuff and thought I was quite good, some beer were a miss and some a hit. Let's hope in 2019 they become more consistent in their brewing and make all BANGERS! Last beer I had from them was Eye of Evil which was so TREMENDOUS.

    But are the beers as juicy and hazy as monkish?

    I have a question for you Electric heads. I just visited their website for the 1st time and noticed that they have two DDH DIPAs listed, I am not sure how current the updates are but, both are 8.5% ABV, both are brewed with oats and both have identical hop bills, Citra Galaxy and Nelson but have two different names, Move Clockwise and Liquid ? And everyone says Henrys beers are all the same !:astonished:

    Anyone try their latest TIPA? I've tried the two releases before that one, which was a Milk & Sugar TIPA that was decent but the eater of dreams was whatever. What about their upcoming beer that has milk, sugar & vanilla waffer!? Sound like they taking one from the monkish playbook, Space Cookie...

    Yes I do, as many as I can ... gotta be dedicated driving in from OC, but at least they give you plenty of notice before their releases :slight_smile:

    I have never had an Electric Beer so excuse my ignorance with this question. Are all of their NE styled IPA/DIPA/TIPAs always brewed with lactose or other adjuncts ?

    no, just their newer TIPAs, Previous DIPA & IPA haven't been brewed with other adjuncts. They are OAT heavy tho...

    Thanks Andrew, I do not consume dairy so I was curious. I do know that they use a ton of oats.

    I was there and it was a beautiful thing. Quickest sell out to date. Wristbands worked, definitely no line cutting (although I’ve honestly haven’t seen line cutting in the past but I guess it did happen)

    I do have an extra can to swap ... only problem is I’m leaving to San Antonio shortly ... if not this time, let’s plan on a swap in two weeks (their next release)

    I might be missing it on their site, but do they do growlers or crowler for all their beers on tap or is it limited to a subset of them? Was planning on driving out there today to give em a try but wanted to bring some home if possible - thanks for any info you may be able to share!
