Email Alerts Working?

    Got an email alert of a new reply to a conversation at 4:41PM but i see nothing on BA (even though i can read the reply in my email).

    No mine haven't been working for a day now. I have read multiple without an alert

    Sorry. Email Alerts. It's working for me and my test accounts.

    You receive an email when someone sends you a conversation, but no red alert/increment in the navigation? Does the conversation appear in your Inbox?
