England Trip in September

    Any decent pubs around Stonehenge, or on the drive from the Midlands to Cornwall?

    Some fantastic pubs in Salisbury very near Stonehenge. Don't miss out on Haunch of Venison, it's a famous old pub. I can't remember what the beer was like but you'll have a proper English pub experience regardless. There's some great driving around there as well.

    I should have added that I will be heading back at the end of May. Didn't want to start a new thread though.

    And can anyone recommend a decent pub off the M5? Not too far off as we want to get to Cornwall in a reasonable time, but I don't know how many "Welcome Breaks" I can stomach.
