Yeah pretty sure you've got me. Going to say that the Chicago-born retired player is Donovan McNabb, and yes, our fans have been known for being "harsh".

Also you're shipping east, the Eagles won the division last year, and the Bears beat the Eagles in 2011 (but it's OK after the beatdown we gave the Bears last year).

I was thinking of our recent pre-season victory over the Eagles, but I do remember the 2011 game as well.

So you're a fan - good. I always thought some Eagles folks were a little hard on him over the years. Although I suppose all those "almost but not quite" seasons can wear on a fan after awhile.

 

Yeah it was rough. Most Eagles fans hate McNabb/Reid but I think we collectively respect them for what they did to football in Philadelphia. Looking forward to seeing what it is! And don't worry about it being broken, I will do my best to fix it when it arrives.
