Realize the possibility of this is slim, but what if you win the week you are assigned to ship?

One possible solution is to let the weekly winner pick who ships to them and just cross those people off the list for future weeks. That may also help to some with getting beers from a distro you want...though obviously options at the end will be limited.

I'm down for weekly shipping btw.

It won't be tough to bump someone by a week if they win. And even if it's the last week, luckily there's 4 extra small boxes going to the 4th place winner, so we can swap one of those people in to ship to the weekly winner.

If you do group picks you can see the current score....though yeah, it doesn't show overall. I'm still knocking on the door, but I don't think I'm gonna get this week.

Wait I'm not thrilled with the idea of shipping weekly.

Since we don't know the people who will win each week, it screws stuff up. I think that it could make this thread more interesting but it also has a higher likelihood of the person who wins one week feeling screwed because of same distro or something like that.

So if there's still a possibility to vote, I vote against weekly.

 

I don't mind shipping weekly, but there should be a systematic way of choosing the shippers.

 

Like maybe 2 lowest of the week? If someone is lowest and already sent, then goes to the next lowest( If he didn't send yet). Just a suggestion.

Matching a different distro and matching wants to gots should work fine. If I win a week I'll be happy with whatever I get. Even if it is a bourbon county vanilla. I'll just deal with it.

 

Thought of a fun insentive. If someone goes 16 for 16 we all ship a small package? 1-2 beers? Just a thought to congratulate? Thoughts?

 

Ifsomeonegoes 16/1 they should place a fuckin parlay and buy us all some beers!
