Thanks to everyone
You're nuts! Glad you could make it to both though, it was great hanging out with you. Thanks for bringing the Black Tuesday, for sure my favorite of the night.
lol I can't believe you made it through that shawn! thanks for coming over and for bringing some great brews as well.
I would call that championship material, Shawn. Good Lord. The hilarious part is that the stop at Founders was probably the worst part of the whole day beer-wise, and FIS and Double Trouble are currently on tap. That's really saying something.
They also had FranelicMountain Brown on for the time we were there. Thanks all we had a wonderful time.
How does your pallet even hold up? It just seems like a waste to drink so much in one day as everything tastes the same after awhile. We've done it a few times in the SE Mich tastings, but nothing with that many botles.
Yes...that was one of the many highlights to the evening...and the Devil Dancer sandwich I had hit the spot
Unfortunately, I haven't tried the Frangelic Mountain Brown yet. I just had the BB Sumatra at KBS Day. I can see where it would be a highlight. Is the Frangelic Mountain Brown kind of like their Frangelic Stout? Because I have had that, and I thought it was great.
IMO....and many others at KBS release....FMB was better then the BB Sumatra I haven't had the stout...but sounds great!
Agreed. That is until the next day when it lives up to its name.... still an amazing sandwich though.
Grabbing that growler of Frangelic Mountain Brown may have been the best decision I have made in 2012.
