It should be made better known. The FAQ and a sign sound like the perfect solutions.

If you want to know, you can know, whether on the internet or in person. That's the point. You act like it's hard to figure out, even though it could and should be easier.

Oh and if you asked me in line, I would have happily informed you of the situation with no judgment. Sorry if my snark is too much for ya here.

I need to refill my popcorn after reading this thread. But first I need to find the guy who knows the guy to give me a ticket to get my refill.

Not sure, I'm still waiting for the Private Equilibrium Brisket Facebook group to accept my request so I can find out. I'll report back once I know!

I'm surprised that no one has complained about the hours of operation yet.

And why are there almost never 4-packs available during the week? Does everything get crowlered? I hate crowlers.

The insular freemason in-crowd thing appears to have gained too much momentum to be stopped, at least as long as they're at this location and remain a mom and pop store.

    Swell beer though.

Beer advocate should add a mute/ignore button so I can filter out all this bickering nonsense

Nice batch of dhop8 available in 32 ounce cans for people who are not looking for their new best friend right now!

Line is zero people long. No brisket though.

I don't understand the crowlers either. Why not can it all?

It does however seam that most releases are lasting past the line, especially repeat offerings. The times I've stopped I've gotten cans.

As far as lines go, thier system seams to be one of the best. As been mentioned, they just need to make it more apparent on how it works.

I know. My biggest issue with this brewery is bottle limits on their Saturday releases. I would have liked a shot at their stout last week, or some of the fruited sours, but I'm not standing around on a line on a perfectly good Saturday to get one. I'll just go to a local bottle shop and pick up a stout of (probably equivalent or better quality) at my own leisure.

I've said several times this is a new brewery which has the potential to generate some real momentum which is obviously not there yet. The fanboys are only discouraging a lot of potentially loyal customers from getting on board, which is counterproductive and inane.

The issue with the other guy purchasing gushers and the brewery telling the public "thanks for letting us know" and not going any further than that is short-sighted. Maybe these guys are a bunch of kids - not sure.

Hopefully they can move forward and realize what appears to be their potential. I think most beer advocates would love it.

Exhibit A as to why one may be intimidated to ask somebody if there is a system? this guy and his rowdy gang of drunken brisket fiends.

Some posted on instagram that if you're not in line by 7:39PM Thursday to not bother showing up. They just handed out the last brisket ticket. There's plenty of beer left, though.

I'm really glad the brisket talk has picked up. Never read this thread before this week I still can't get enough hearing about "alotments" of free food.

Love that someone mentioned to tip the brisket guys too, thought it would bring up the whole "do you guys tip or not" debate full force

So just to be clear, you do or you do not tip? Based on your answer you may or may not be hanged.

Pretty sure it's just for the guy who makes breakfast sandwiches free of charge. Of course, you always have the option of being a freeloader.
