Especially given the fact that most people with access to Equilibrium don't have access to TH.

Just had MC2 for the first time. Thoroughly impressed. Aroma and mouthfeel very nice. Tropical almost over ripe fruit. Would buy this consistently.

went to Marta for an xmas dinner tonight and was glad to see that MC^2 was still on tap. It was outstanding, probably the highlight of my dinner, which is very high praise for a meal at Marta.

Just had a Photon, really balanced between tropical fruit and bitter for a <5% beer. Making me look forward to trying an MC2

I also asked about canning the hoppy stuff any time soon. They said:

"Hopefully. Getting the tap room open and canning line running is our top priorities"

There And Back Again aged on Apricots and Peaches this Saturday 02/04/2017 from 12– 4 PM at the Brewery for $15 per each 750 ml bottle.

Most important piece of their detailed message on FB:

(MC^2 is almost ready for packaging and is smelling awesome)

"fluctuation is a special brew for opening. Photon and mc^2 will be seeing distribution next week. Fractal Citra and Vulgar display of flower week after." Fluctuation is all citra IIRC. I guess all the usual suspects will be getting Photon and MC2. Times is good around here.

Vulgar Display of Flower is a tribute to an aggressive yet balanced assault on the senses. It blends East-meets-West coast DIPA with our own Equilibrium twist. It is dry, bitter, piny, resinous, yet remains smooth, juicy, and drinkable. This concoction displays the hop flower’s assertive yet delicious nature and hits draught accounts this week. Enjoy.
