Essential Pickups in Berlin, Wittenberg, Dresden, Prague??

    My in-laws are going to be in these locations over the next couple weeks. Landing in Berlin and then on a riverboat cruise through the other locations.

    Anything essential and available they might be able to pickup for me? Not going to ask them to fill their suitcase, maybe a bottle or two? Something I can't get here in the US and is blow your mind good?

    I do not know european beers will, and the only thing I can really think of is Westy 12 and as far as I can tell that's not just sitting around places :slight_smile:

    From Prague, I would say something from Matuška. They can usually be found in better bottleshops. Can't speak about the other locations.

    How much time will they have in berlin?
    Selection in Berlin and Dresden is good and there are several must trys, BUT...you have to get out of your way to get them, they don't just sit on normal store shelves.

    Sadly those options will be out. One doesn't drink at all and the other doesn't drink beer, so they are not going to search out hard to find items, nor would I ask them to do that on their vacation. If there was something somewhat readily available I could ask them to look for it while they are out.
