Essex Jnct, VT Help

    I'll be in this area Friday night and was wondering if anyone knows of any good bars in town. Meaning, good beer on tap/bottle/can.

    Not much in Essex, but winooski is a cheap uber ride away and mule bar has an excellent tap list.

    Alternatively, McGillicuddys (Williston location) has a good taplist and Heady/Focal cans.

    I've stayed at the Essex before. They have a tavern on premises. Also about a 10 minute ride to Burlington. I'd say take the cab ride over and head to the farmhouse. That's my favorite joint for some food & beer. A bit pricey but i always have a good time.

    Yeah, I'll be in greater Burlington area Sat, just looking to stay put in Essex. Didn't look like much online which is why I posted.

    @duchessedubourg - only 3 results, non of which are in relation to my thread. oh well, all good.

    There's not much in Essex or Williston. I took one step into the On Tap tavern in Essex last weekend and walked out immediately since it was the loudest bar I've ever been in.
