Establishments serving Focal Banger

    Heading north tomorrow through Waterbury area and wanted to stop at a Restaurant or Bar that has Focal Banger in cans. Any suggestions to minimize the searching for it? Pro Pig, the Res, others?

    Blackback and the Res both had it as of Saturday (looked like a decent amount too).


    It's still just as excellent too

    I don't know if things changed very recently but when I went up there 2 months ago, it seemed like every establishment in the state was serving Banger.

    The places you mentioned in Waterbury will most likely have it, as well as many places in nearby Stowe.

    Any bar/ restaurant that has heady should have focal its a relative slow time of year tourist wise especially with the lack of snow

    Tomorrow you should find it easy at places like Pro Pig, Reservoir, or Blackback. I think they get their Alchemist delivery early in the week so you should be good.

    I went to Waterbury on a Saturday and they were out of Focal and only a bit of Heady left, but the day before I was in Stowe and they were flush with it.

    Don't be afraid to leave Waterbury if you don't find it. Definitely check out Stowe, and go to Doc Ponds!

    Thank you for the suggestions. Would like to stay near Waterbury as Mont Tremblant is the ultimate destination so don't want to veer too far from I-89. I'll provide an update tomorrow.

    Had one today at Blackback and it was fantastic. Beats Heady Topper hands down.

    Pretty sure you'll have to head to Montpelier. Three Penny, Skinny Pancake, etc., etc.
