Can anyone tell me why Ete Saison is such a popular name for craft brews?

Ete means summer in French and it's mostly used with Saisons.

What @Bitterbill said. Also, Saison's were traditionally brewed in the winter (before widespread refrigeration) and was drunk in the summer months.

Y'all is now a piece of our American vernacular. I still want to know how wholenother became just a vocal/conversational phenomenon. I've never seen it written. But as to the Texas thing, I agree. I have many relatives in Texas that are not only super successful, but also less than humble. Understatement is generally a foreign language.
