I drive past Howell a bunch so am hoping this is good. It's only like a mile off the highway, would be a nice quick stop for a growler (if they do fills).
I stopped there yesterday...Cool place...Good beer...Good prices... Just a small tidbit of history...Dayna Tran (owner/head brewer) was a brewing assistant at Witch's Hat before going off on her own...She can and does make good beer....
Oh no, does this mean you are going to promo the hell out of this place, too? JK, I like all your posts about Witch's Hat. Can't wait til they open their new place and I will be out to Howell soon!
Stopped by their Grand Opening yesterday. Session IPA and standard IPA both very solid, B to B+. Coffee stout drank more like a porter - a bit thin and too much carbonation but they absolutely nailed the coffee flavor. Excited for this place - notably better than most new breweries popping up as of late.
