Looks like quite a few new release nights, and some fun stuff going on around town, including the return of the Bier Stein's Tower of Sour. It all culminates on Saturday with the Sasquatch Beer Festival. http://eugenebeerweek.org/ Anybody headed to Eugene next week for the festivities?
Lot of pretty cool stuff coming up. The boneyard tap takeover at 16 tons is a must I think, but other than that... going to have to do some research to decide how many events I can reasonably attend. :-) How bout you Justin. What events look like a must to you?
John, Boneyard takeover looks like a must for sure, Barley Brown tap attack at T&G is inticing as well. If Jamie is leading the Sensory Tastings at Ninkasi those would be nice, but not sure if I can make it to those. Tower of Sour sounds great, but I have missed it every year so far and I'm not butt hurt over it (hitting the Block 15 brunch and release the next day more than makes up for it). I usually get into Sassy for free as a homebrew entrant and judge, but did neither this year so I will probably skip this year.
I would just add that as of yesterday afternoon, all of the Boneyard beers are already currently on tap, with the exception of the Suge Knight and Notorious. Expectation is that there will be 13 different Boneyard beers on tap by tomorrow. Have already submitted my leave request for Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon (Tower of Sour and BB tap attack, here I come!).
Tyler Brown is bringing a keg of Barrel Aged Don Vanuchi stout to T&G tonight for the Tap Attack. https://www.facebook.com/TapandGrowler
