Just bought a 1/2 lb. Curious on anyone’s experience brewing with this hop. I’ve never brewed with it and my only experience of this hop was a single hop commercial IPA, that was lacking it’s potential, I think. But some of the qualities and reviews have interested me in trying my own attempt at a hop that seems to scream WC IPA. Any feedback is most appreciated.

I’ve only had one beer that featured it, was a black IPA actually. That being said I really enjoyed it. Was a great mix of dank, pine and fruit without the onion/armpit that often comes along with those qualities. Definitely more traditional in its qualities but enjoyable.

Im a big fan. The first time I used it was a single hop. The hops were super fresh and it was really dank with some funky tropical fruit. I just tried my latest ipa dryhopped with 4 oz of 2016 eureka and it’s still great but there’s a slight onion to it for sure. Either way really cool hop imo
