    Drinking a Diamond Bear IPA in Squid & Whale.
    Lay it on me Arkansas, what should I look for?

    saddle bock has a few decent ones. Core Brewing has a really nice ESB.

    Would recommend Saddlebock. I was in the area Easter weekend and was able to go by Saddlebock. Its a cool little brewery.

    I actually enjoyed Core's Stout. I like Saddlebock, too. Diamond Bear Pale Ale is really good.

    For some reason I thought Eureka Springs and Fayetteville were in Arkansas, not Alaska. :slight_smile:

    great stuff in Arkansas. I drank sooooo much Diamond Bear Two Term IIPA

    Yeah, I imported a 6er of that from my last Arkansas visit. Didn't really taste like a double IPA to me, more like a single. Heh, I guess I've always thought their single IPA tasted more like a pale ale. But then, my palate is probably more adjusted to west coast hop levels. Not to say I didn't enjoy them, though.

    I agree, very tame double, but it had great flavor!

    Squid & Whale had Two Term on tap for our whole visit.
    So tasty.

    Eureka Spring needs a microbrewery. Can't think of a better place for one.
