Just had this 750ml bottle at my favorite Brooklyn establishment. I can't find anything about this particular beer anywhere on BA. I can find the individual breweries but not this collaboration. Anyone else seen it or tasted it? It is a wildly sour blend (at least for me) - 25% ale, 25% ale with red currents, and 2 different 25% portions in different oak barrels.

    Breweries:

    Haandbryggeriest - Norway
    De Molen - Belgium
    Loverbeer - Italy
    Alvinne - Belgium

I liked it and would like to try more like it if there are any suggestions.

Looks like a collaboration between all those breweries, brewed at De Molen. From reviews around the internet it looks like it has received light distribution around the US.

It was imported through B. United recently. My preordered case never came. :slight_frown:

There is different label at least. I think, that every of those four will make their own blend, so there will be four different blends. It is a bit weir, if label does not tell more about who is the blender or where is it blended though.

Louisville's Holy Grale had it's St. Sour Day a couple weeks back and got six bottles of this. I had the last one…it has the same label as above. I asked for the most 'vinegar-y" they had and they recommend this ESB. ESB does not disappoint in being the most like vinegar, it's excellent. [Wife dipped her fries in it. ] I usually drink and recommend Duchesse De Bourgogne by Brouwerij Verhaeghe. Cuvee Des Jacobins Rouge is good too, not as vinegary though, good starter flemish sour.
