Ever been whelmed?

Goose Island Honkers, Boulevard Pale, Sam Adams Cream Stout, etc.

 

Actually, I do prefer to be just whelmed.Love a beer that slips down beautifully so I can have another and another.Some beers are just too much and I get bored with them, often before I've worked my way down the glass.I don't want to be challenged ! Just want really good well made and balanced beer which is a joy to swallow.There are also those beers which don't hit the spot ; I prefer to forget and move on from. We all know which they are.

 

Founder or Bell's Porter are classic simple to have on any occasion,good and done.
