So I'm excited to try the Founder's Mango Magnifico but before I could get the beer into my hands and out of my wife's......she drops it!

What rare beer have you or someone else spilled before you could get a taste?

If it anything like their last few rare releases you can probably get another one for a while.

I was visiting my parents in Phoenix and went to AJ's Fine Foods for a weekend/home-away-from-home-cellar building beer run. Left with 2 cases of goodness. Driving my mom's car (a V8 4runner sport) is always a good time for me and I tend to accelerate very quickly and brake very hard. When we got back, my girlfriend opened the back and one of the cases, having shifted and sitting on the edge, fell out. Four bombers were broken. I don't remember the other three, but one of them was a 50/50 GHS special blend from 2012. It was the only Eclipse variant from 2012 that I don't have. "The horror, the horror" (gotta love classic literature quoted out of context!).

DDG, I dropped 8oz of it but the group was nice enough to split their glasses with me so I can get a decent pour.

When it hit the ground, did it make the sound of divorce papers rustling?

I dropped a Bramble once. Never even got to try it. And my roommate dropped a Fou Foune that was supposed to head out for a trade, that was a mess to fix.

I dropped a 2012 Darkness on my driveway in the spring. I was packing up a trade and I forgot the bottle in the house and I ran back in to grab it. When I got it to my truck, the transition of left hand to right hand involved keys and another bottle and the Darkness slipped out. I sat and stared at the broken heavenly delight and almost cried as it ran all over my driveway.

A friend brought me 4 bottles of BB Plead the 5th from the brewery. I forgot them in my sub zero garage overnight......

...you see your two-years' aged bottle of Canadian Breakfast Stout falling to the floor, only to see it shatter to pieces all over your kitchen moments later.

That awkward moment where you make when of those awkward moment statements.. ohhh that felt awkward.

One time, I almost left a beer that was very important to me, in a position where it could be knocked to the floor and shatter to pieces, but then I didn't.

If its any consolation, it was probably better two years ago. I am sorry for your loss.
