Ever Contact a Brewery With An Issue?

    So a few weeks back I opened a bottle of a certain seasonal Stone beer. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a significant and potentially dangerous flaw with the glass itself (the other 11 I had were fine). Took a picture of it and emailed Stone.

    Got a great email thanking me and asking for the laser code of the bottle so they could investigate if any other glass from that batch may have that issue. They said thanks and took down my contact information. Anyway last week they sent me a package with two complimentary Stone pint glasses and a Stone Chico Bag to say thanks for bringing the issue to their attention. Totally unnecessary, but it was a nice touch.

    Have you ever brought an issue to the attention of a brewery? If so, what happened?
