Ever experience a macro beer snob?

    Heineken and Stella are the macro brands that attract the most snobbery. Guess it has something to do with marketing as both brands take the "this beer makes you classy" route. It seems to work as I've come across several people who deride whatever you're drinking if it isn't one of these two brands. Guinness has its own set of elitists, but they're more the meathead variety. "Can't handle a Guinness bro? You must be a *****!"

    My Cousin will drink only Budweiser aka Bud Heavy aka Clydesdale's.

    Personally, I enjoy a cooler full of Coors Light during a float trip in July on the Current River or Jacks Fork in BFE Missouri. :sunglasses:

    Next time you go you should bring a cooler full of nice, crisp pale ales or IPAs and compare the experience.
