    Thought I'd post an update and give props to Bell's for following through. Received a box last Friday, and they apologized for "dropping the ball" with 2 pint glasses, a Smitten cozy, and a really nice bottle opener. Glad to say that they are back in my good graces.

    One time I got a 6 pack of Abita Grapefruit Harvest IPA, and all the bottles were full of lots of sediment; it was like a snow globe when you poured it. I sent them an email with some pictures, and they asked for my address and said they would mail me a new six pack and give me a shipping label so I could send some of the beers back for them to look at. I got my new six pack really quickly, and it included a bottle opener and some koozies.
