Ever mix 2 IPAs ?

I have not mixed any beer together. I do not think it is a bad idea, but I do not do it. I never had much luck with the soda fountain mixes when I was kid.

 

I did it this winter when Hopslam started falling off, using Go To as well. Amazeballs.

 

Watched a "proper pour" video in which someone mixed equal parts Habanero and Grapefruit Sculpin.

Probably pretty amazing.

 

If I mixed an IPA and mango juice would it become a Mango Radler

 

I've often been tempted but I've been afraid I'll ruin 2 perfectly good IPAs. From the responses above, I may be off base with that thinking.

IPA + IPL = 8% abv and damn tasty

 

Slightly off topic, but when I mixed Hopslam with Expedition Stout, the result was awesome, but maybe not as awesome as the individual beers prior to mixing. Plus it took me like three hours to drink.

 

This question will probably get bounced but since you're from MN, can you tell me whether Ike's & or Surdyk's is anywhere near the Delta gates at MSP airport?

 

I've mixed Fat Tires and Arrogant Bastard. It tasted like a strong Fat Tire

 

I worked the Founders booth at a beer fest recently. Just for fun I mixed Double Trouble, All Day, Centennial, and Red's Rye IPA together. It was pretty good. It probably would have been better without the Red's Rye IPA.

That sounds downright awesome, on paper one of the better blends suggested so far (though there's a lot of awesome ones I now want to try).

It is funny however that when I drink Fat Heads Head Hunter, I seem to mix it with another Fat Heads Head Hunter. Strange phenomena.
