I love most craft pilsners but, for whatever reason, I don't like Scrimshaw despite the fact it tops many "best craft pilsner" lists I've seen. I've tried it many times trying to "get" it, but it just comes off too much like a macro to me. I used to attribute it to the difference between German and Czech styles (with my preference being for Czech), but I love SN's Nooner which I understand is a German style.

With respect to Trillium, how about some APAs that a resident of Ohio can easily get?

I've found I'm not a fan of sours, so Sour Note Gose. I can drink about 6 oz. and understand why people would like it. Sours are just not for me.
Also, Gumballhead - I'll drink it, but don't love it.
Lastly, 60 minute. I bought a sixer a couple weeks ago and wasn't really feeling it. Tried a bottle every couple days and just didn't enjoy it. Unless it was old or something.

Name any IPA, DIPA, or pale ale brewed anywhere by anyone, ever - to me, it will taste like Pine-Sol straight from the bottle, a straight pour of Chanel No. 5, or August afternoon sun-cooked compost pile runoff juice, and that's after a decade of trying to understand hop-forward beer.

    Founder's Porter - it's Pine-Sol.

KBS - it's an okay coffee stout. It is not a truck-chasing, standing-in-lines, OMFG-so-excited sort of beer.

SN Kellerweis - it's Chanel No. 5, with no real esters detected.

Boulevard The Sixth Glass - it has some weird floral tones that overpower the Belgian-ness.

Boulevard BBQ - I actually do like this one. I just don't like it as much as a good non-BA quad, like an Abt 12 or Rochefort 10.

Maine Beer Co's Dinner. I might have a bias as I waited in line for six hours at the last release, but I was not super impressed. I mean I liked it but not enough to never shut up about it. I also get kind of frustrated when people rate it higher than other great NE IPAs like Heady, Second Fiddle, SOS, Ephipany, Swish, etc. But to each their own!
