I agree with this comment, also pumpkinator is still on tap here as well.
Actually they're canceling the release this year because you couldn't make it. No body show up
Figured as much.
Anybody remember the watermelon Saison that was brought to the Fortuna bottle share. It skipped my mind but I'd like to track another down
I believe that was elksherpa's homebrew.
Anyone know what bottles are in the cooler right now?
That was elksherpa's I told him today to bring another bottle for La Muerta
Realtail, year of the bat, Porto, yo soy, 3tail, witicus
That makes me happy. It really was one of the more professionally done offerings I had. I would really love to see it show up at LM day and fingers crossed as a Pro-Am offering at Freetail next spring
Bumping the link. Changed mine up a little to be a little more sour. Will probably add another sour before its done
So who is bring the name tags this time?
I brought them last time and it is looking more and more like I won't have a day off till the 1st of the year. They cost a buck at either Wal Mart or HEB.
If my tag team partner cant make it then I may have to pass. Impossible for me to do a Doomsday Device on John solo.
If anyone wants to do an in-person trade at the La Muerta release, hit me up. Looking for good BA Stouts/BA Barleywines that I don't have. Check out my cellar link in my profile.
ISO:BA Stouts/BW's so I can do evil things to your cellar.
I thought I was developing an addiction. Then I realized you can have an addiction with class. I had a LC#2 a few weeks ago..and GD if that wasn't worth every penny...serious funk and sour.
I dream of BA Stouts at night.
You have too much beer.
You sound like my wife. I'm looking for enough BCBS to last me the rest of my life.
Really looking forward to this. Never been to anything like it.
Column F adds up to 693 bottles. I thought my 200+ bottles was a lot! At least the next time my wife complains, I can argue how small my cellar is compared to yours.
now we really need to drink some o dat.
Ill even throw in a bottle or 2 from my 5 or 6 ....oh wait, 3 bottles in my cellar.
Seriously though, are you even going to get to a 1/4 of that beer before it starts downhill?
Is any of it stored at proper temperatures, or is it all just boxed up in a closet?
Looking to adopt?
You still sound like my wife. Lol
I have plenty of help to drink them before they go bad....but now you can understand why I always bring 10+ bottles to beer tastings.
I do keep My "best" bottles are refrigerated in a separate beer only fridge at cellar temp. I need another one though.
Haters gonna hate
If I'm not mistaken, he has three beer fridges.
Lets not make this thread about my beer cellar, when it should be about Everything Freetail.
Added a 2009 La Muerta to the list. Let's fill in the vertical! Maybe Scott can bust out a 2008 from his cellar???
Lovers gonna love
For you Austin peeps. I'm going to have a pre-Freetail bottle share tasting at my courtyard Thursday night the 1st. If your interested come by, if you need directions let me know.
Count me in .
So you can get rid of the beers you don't like?
Oh, is that how it works? Then I'll be bringing Rogue Maple Bacon, La Fin du Monde, and that bottle of South Austin whatever it is that I can't bring myself to throw away because I paid $12 for it.
I'm actually interested in that South Austin. I haven't tried any of their beers yet.
I will gladly pass it on to you if I end up going
In the case of the NG - Raspberry Tart I'll be bringing on 11/3....yes but some of you guys like that kind of stuff.
I'll be hanging onto my Rouge Voodoo Maple for private enjoyment. Lol
Bring both so you can blend them
It'd be easier to bring a Deschutes/HoTD Collage. Would probably taste the same without having to mix anything. Lol
Thinking about bringing a growler of one of the new NTX breweries.
Could probably nab Lakewoods Temptress or Revolvers Blood and Honey. Anybody have a preference or something they want to try?
