Had the Blood+Honey @ Texas Craft Brewers Fest. Would have liked more blood, and less honey. Not bad, but just could have been stronger

It looks like that shouldn't be a problem. The place doesn't bottom fill so I'm going to wait til Friday so hopefully they don't sell out.

I doubt if you will get much action with this posting. Problem with Freetail?

Clever. Depending on what you are offering I am sure some one may help you out. Hell I mentioned I wasn't making it to La Muerta and more than a few people offered to pick some up for me, and I am a shithead. Best bet is to make nice with a local and carpool it. You won't regret it.

This. Minus the self deprecating shithead part.

Anyone started to settle on a time to show up? I'm going to look at the weather....if it's nice I don't mind getting there in the 8-9 hour.

How can you not like anything Unibroue? While La Fin Du Monde may be readily available on local shelves and tap lists, it is always enjoyable IMHO.

I won't be making it over for this after all, just too much going on this season. I will miss seeing everyone!! If anyone manages to snag an extra bottle of La Muerta, feel free to shoot me a message. I'd happily settle for a single bottle. :)

Doubt I can make it to this either. If anyone in Austin can grab an extra bottle I'd be willing to pay you back or trade you a 2011 La Muerta for the 2012. Thanks!

Won't be able to make it to this either...Posted my ISO in the trades forum. Obviously would also accept paying someone back and then throwing in some goodies for the effort.

Freetail is awesome. Really I'm just trying to bump this thread so people will quit posting about the Cascade thing.

Looks like I'll be drinking something with Apricots next week. I hope it's as good as Peche'cus.

A note to austinites, my aim is to bring back some extras for ppl who could not make it. contact me and ill let you know when its over how much extra i was able to afford and bring back for us.

Not looking for any special things in trade, cash price will be just fine as well. Should be around 11-12 per bottle if its like previous releases.

Ok, I have to retract this statement. I will be coming out after all. Will be strange being at one of these things without Kevin though. Speaking of Cascade, I will be bringing one out,(either The Vine or Sang Noir...first request chooses) with a few other bottled goodies. I will also NOT be bringing my Apricot, as I feel I may be stepping on someone's toes on that one, not that there isn't room for doubles at these things. ;)

Ohh, Sang Noir. I've been trying to get a buddy to send this to me from Oregon and I'd love to try it.

    Sang Noir it is. :)
You are welcome to make sure I open it with you near.
Added my bottles to the list. I am going with the Cascade, Karbach Bodacious, ST Pumking, and DuClaw 2012 H.E.R.O. Chocolate Chipotle Stout. Possibly a surprise bottle as well. I reserve the right to change my mind at any time too, after all, I am a woman.

I never said I didn't like them at all, I just don't go nuts over them like BA stouts/BWs. I really liked Peche'cus a lot (probably my favorite FT beer). I like them in moderation though.
