Column F adds up to 693 bottles. I thought my 200+ bottles was a lot! At least the next time my wife complains, I can argue how small my cellar is compared to yours. :stuck_out_tongue:

Seriously though, are you even going to get to a 1/4 of that beer before it starts downhill?
Is any of it stored at proper temperatures, or is it all just boxed up in a closet?

You still sound like my wife. Lol

I have plenty of help to drink them before they go bad....but now you can understand why I always bring 10+ bottles to beer tastings.

I do keep My "best" bottles are refrigerated in a separate beer only fridge at cellar temp. I need another one though.

Lets not make this thread about my beer cellar, when it should be about Everything Freetail.

Added a 2009 La Muerta to the list. Let's fill in the vertical! Maybe Scott can bust out a 2008 from his cellar???

Oh, is that how it works? Then I'll be bringing Rogue Maple Bacon, La Fin du Monde, and that bottle of South Austin whatever it is that I can't bring myself to throw away because I paid $12 for it.

    :grimacing:

I'm actually interested in that South Austin. I haven't tried any of their beers yet.

In the case of the NG - Raspberry Tart I'll be bringing on 11/3....yes  but some of you guys like that kind of stuff.

I'll be hanging onto my Rouge Voodoo Maple for private enjoyment. Lol

It'd be easier to bring a Deschutes/HoTD Collage. Would probably taste the same without having to mix anything. Lol

Thinking about bringing a growler of one of the new NTX breweries.

Could probably nab Lakewoods Temptress or Revolvers Blood and Honey. Anybody have a preference or something they want to try?
