Gabriel's SATX has a case of Boxer's and still plenty of Funk and Wunderkind.

Batch 3 Boxers bottle after 24 fridge rest was a slow gusher... And it's a glorious sight.

Ya I have about 160ish beers on that and a minifridge/kegerator that is full... I've got a nice stash for the apocalypse.

That a whole lotta packages and road trips.

Jealous at your BCBS/BCBCS. Been trading for that a lot this month and it's hard to get a large quantity at once.

It's called going way overboard on the trading. :grimacing: I've been trying to slow it down this year, but it's not working.

I am so not posting pictures or numbers... My house looks like an episode of hoarders.

Eh, I'm all but done with most liquor. Beer made liquor seem incredibly one dimensional.

My cellar is about 50 deep right now. Lots of JK. I'm driving to Cali in June, so I'm gonna be bringing a fuck-ton of beer back. I don't go out of town much. And yes fuck-ton is metric.

What you do alone in your shower is your business. We don't need to know.

I disagree, would you like to start having single malt tastings madame? I bet I can change your mind.

It is a sickness and I'm just now curing myself. I'm in cellar reduction mode, I bet you'll get there sooner then later but enjoy and share while its there.

Thats the plan. Drink a little more; go to more bottle shares. Spread the wealth and enjoy

Reduced my cellar by about 80% (edit - make that about 95%) back in June. We bought a new house...so I used that as an excuse to drink most of my bottles.

Now, I keep around 10-12 in my "cellar" at all times. I've come to the understanding that I am to drink beer...not collect/hoard it. That's not to offend anyone who does keep large amounts in their cellar...I just think that everyone will come to that understanding, eventually, in the great cycle of this "hobby."

Everyone's different. I've been in the game a while now and I could never just have 10-12 bottles laying down, that's me. Watching beer age is one of my favorite parts of the hobby, plus nothing feels better than going through the boxes thinking "Now, what am I in the mood for this weekend? A four year old BA stout, a year old sour, or maybe that five year old barleywine over there..."

Not to mention finding things you forgot you had.

Which, I guess, is why you should keep a spreadsheet. ...fuck it, it's more fun digging through treasure than looking at it on a computer screen.
