Amazing wild beers available locally and awesome bottle art. The brewery tour/tasting is awesome as well.

If I lived in Austin, I'd visit every weekend.

Isn't SNPA can conditioned? I don't think it's any different, just smaller.

True dat, I thought walloon/LMV was can-conditioned as well. I don't think it's a difficult feat.

 

I couldn't imagine it would be much different than bottle or cask conditioning.
