Here's my haul from sdhomebrewer. Thanks man! All wants & should've-been-wants. Can't wait to crack open every one of these bottles. The Ballast Point Bloody Mary mix looks interesting... I've never had a Bloody Mary, actually, so maybe now's the time. Also, a Bruery glass was a definite want of mine, so thanks for that.

 

Two boxes are heading out to my target this morning. It's nice and cool outside here in NJ, but he's probably going to want to get the boxes into the air conditioning pretty quickly once they arrive on his doorstep...

 

to my target: a second box will be heading out in a week,
I didn't have room to pack a 2nd piece of local brew swag,
& also one of the 750s, while unavailable to you, was out of
the 200 mile limit, so I aim to remedy that.

I received a sweet package on Friday...opened Saturday AM and already drank two! So- I need to snap a picture tonight and post, I apologize to my sender bc he did it up right! All Tex-ass brews that I had never tried (hadn't even heard of a couple of the breweries), and so far- DELICIOUS!

 

My box has been dropped of at fed ex to go a state with too many cowboy fans

Hmmmm....this could be me, as we are still reaching 90 degrees in the afternoons. Unless it's some lucky dog in Ariz. or Okla. that gets that HF growler.

Overall- fantastic haul & you hit a lot of my wants with styles & with breweries I'd never get to try otherwise. The only problem is I loved Porto Gallito & I'll have to visit Texas to get it! Hey, I'm Republican, I'm all about your state!

 

Well, it's not a HF growler. Way outside of 200mi from my house. This one is indeed the top-rated beer of its style on BA, and (hint) it's very seasonally appropriate.

 

Did the majority of us miss the shipping window?

 

I cant even remember what the window was. But shipped a week ago. got lucky i guess.

 

Shipping window was supposed to be the Sept 17-22. I think a lot of people (myself included) just shipped early.

 

I'm admittedly shipping the end of this week, I apologize for the delay but I wanted to pick up a few things this week.

 

I think you are correct, Hands. I guess we will wait and see... Hopefully a lot boxes start showing up soon!

 

My eagle is starting to descend for arrival. When picking that baby up, make sure you put some Oohmph into it!
