I got my target a favorite local product of mine, from the country store at my favorite local apple orchard. No apple orchards in his town, that's for sure.

My box went out today... to a place that gets much colder in the winter than where I live. It's also a state which I have never been to, but love the beer from there. It is north of me... much north.

 

Boring work stuff. I didn't bring any trade bait, but I'll hit you up before I have to come out here again. Any suggestions for bars? I usually just go to Tapwerks.

 

McNellies and Republic would be the other two worth visiting.

 

Tapwerks is a great place, especially now that Greg manages the place. He is doing a great job. I also like Republic (great food but can sometimes be a little douchey according to some) and McNellies. How often do you come to OK?

Oh yea! It's great with crackers and cream cheese. I've been told it makes an excellent glaze for pork as well.

 

My target's state was in the news within the last few weeks...I'll be shipping out late next week, gotta pick up so e goodies around here.

 

Coming home everyday from work with anticipation of a box at my front door. Sooooo ready to see what's coming.

 

I'm leaving now to pick up the final item for my target's box. It's an ultra fresh growler of the top rated beer in its category on BA. This is serious shit.

Also, I had some freaking awesome ice cream from this place over the weekend with SWMBO while celebrating our first anniversary. I thought this was quite appropriate for our BIF.

My targets box has arrived at the Fedex Conn. facility and is due to crunch the porch tomorrow. Final hint: My favorite baseball player/idol growing up has, as mentioned before , played his entire HOF career on the team in your city, his uniform number was a single digit, he batted left but threw right and grew up eating a lot of potatoes, and finally, his nickname , for some ungodly reason, is now the trade name of a birth control product.

 

Lol, the bastardization of Yaz has for too long gone unpunished. Not me since I got mine already, but look out anyone else in this BIF remotely close to Fenway.

 

The eagle has flown the coop. We're heading East to one of the original colonies. One of the greatest players to play for my favorite NFL franchise hails from my targets city.
