I heard there were only a few cases made 1 barrel, were there really 200? I heard WAY less

shoulda bought them all lol, i wonder who messed that one up, although i do like the guys at guru, so i'm hoping it was a one time error on their part.

 

Anyone heard anything about hebs? Every beer/wine person I ask says "the paperwork has been submitted", but doesn't divulge more.

 

Was curious if HEB would be receiving anything. I haven't heard about any Kroger or Whole Foods receiving any yet.

 

Nah, I got what i wanted and left a couple for others.

Simple, I am not a hoarder and want others to have a shot a getting theirs. And as a teacher, I don't make enough to buy beer by the case. What I am able to purchase I share with others and give away. Every once in a while I will stumble on surprises, such as Bodacious, Krunkin, Vertical Epic, Hophenge, and others on shelves way after release date. Beer karma.

 

If you're referring to Guru, I just called. All out.

I would like to trade for a bottle of this if I can't find it. I got one more place to call.

Black Crack on the shelf at Specs Arbor...don't know who else has it right now but it was shelf with no limit. Plenty left about 30 minutes ago when I was there. +/- $12.....

 

Growlers Montrose will be selling some at 5:30pm today for $15. Too rich for my blood.

Heard some HEBs might be getting it by weeks end. Might be my only chance.

It's sad (or maybe awesome?) that it was easier and cheaper to get a case of 2012 BCBS than a case of Black Crack.

 

It's sad that it was easier to get 2010 Bourbon Hatchet than it was 2012 BCBS. And I say that because I tried about as hard to get both, which wasn't very hard.
