    Houston BA's: D&Q still has a few bottles as of a few minutes ago. I picked one up for the sake of curiosity. Also got a southern star rauchbier! :slight_smile:

    That's just way too much logic. Unlike the genious in the RC Small Batch thread who bought multiple cases sight unseen and later cried and complained about how bad they all were. :rolling_eyes:

    I swear, the more hype you people put on a beer that has zero known taste value, the less interested I get in finding some.

    I'm not sure I like being called "you people" but otherwise think this is spot-on. :slight_smile:

    People hoarding beers before they've even tasted it makes no sense. Another reason why I am backing off "the game" - I can't afford to buy a bunch of mistakes

    Am I the genius in that thread? Just to be clear, I've had all 4 small batch beers, at each release, prior to buying cases. Did not enjoy 1 so only bought 2-3 bottles to share, enjoyed 2 & 3 so bought a case each, and thoroughly enjoyed 4 so bought 2 cases.

    My complaining was the lacto infection that destroyed the beer after bottling, months later, and was continually ignored then denied by RC. I also don't remember any "hype" on the small batch series tbh.

    I've moved on from the case game, mostly because of financial reasons, but I've come to realize that buying cases upon cases of beer simply for trade bait/ammo is a really, really douchey thing to do.

    I maybe could have afforded a case at 10.99 ea but if it sucks I'd rather have a case of something tasty lol
