Evil Twin DB & Cognac Jesus?

I'm very curious. They landed Farm to Face too, which all the major players received last week. Unless those guys didn't mention it period and sold out without fanfare, they should see it starting tomorrow for sure. Still odd it made it's way there first.

 

Has anyone tasted the cognac one yet? Heard it was like taking a shot on liquor.

 

I had a bottle a couple weeks back when we got it here in Wilmington and although I've never had cognac straight or a cognac-barrel aged beer I'd say it wasn't even close to as bad as taking a shot. It was definitely different than anything I've had and was pretty smokey to me. With that said it was really good, although maybe a touch hot still, but I had no problem drinking the entire bottle over the course of the night.
