Searched around a few stores and seems this was a very small shipment of Imperial Biscotti, anyone have some spots where some is still on shelves or maybe behind the counter? And I have checked Lukas' blog, but I can never make those releases. Hope we don't have to wait too long for more.
Same boat. I can never make those Saturday releases even though I work less than a mile away M-F. I wish they'd just sell the stuff when it shows up. Davidson's never even got Biscotti. I went over when they posted they got the ET stuff in and they told me that's the one item they didn't get. They seemed kind of bummed, too.
Based on what I have seen on shelves in other parts if the country, there is plenty of that beer to go around. I have not seen it here but I'm sure there will be more shipments of it and everyone will be able to enjoy it as much as they want.
Just grabbed a couple of bottles today in Loveland. Glad to see the 12% Distro connection up here, as I've been wanting to try Stillwater and Evil Twin stuff for a long time.
I broke out my last bottle just over a year ago for friends that helped us pack up to move to Denver. I missed this beer. I was lucky to get it at Lukas and my memory was verified. Delicious. A bit on the sweet side, but the coffee comes out as well. Even at $15 a 22oz I'll grab as many as I can
This is probably old news but, Crooked Stave is bringing the 12% stuff in. It is supposed to be regularly so hopefully we will be seeing this beer more often.
For the FC locals, Wilburs has a bunch of this stuff in their shelves. Can't wait to finally try this, sounds delicious.
I was at Wilburs today and saw the slot for this, empty. But I did pick up a 4 pack of LIl B. For 12 bucks, I will probably be getting quite a few more packs of it. One of the best beers I've had all year.
I did work at 287, got offered a management position at Liquor Max about a a year and a half ago. I am their craft buyer now.
