Had one of these at Row 34 tonight, and would like to find some more. Even better, my wife liked it and she's never said that about a beer before. BA says it's retired... am I out of luck? I'm in the Boston area and travel primarily by MBTA. I can rent a zipcar but would rather not. Thanks!
If you're looking for a Berliner Weisse, also look for Ithaca Cruiser. Should be easy to find and is very reasonably priced, and tasty.
Yankee Spirits in Attleboro still had a couple 6 (maybe it was 4?) packs when I was there last week. White Birch has a really good berliner weisse and you can usually find it for really cheap - $5-6 for a 22 oz. They just started releasing fruited versions which I have yet to try/
Julio's usually has NW cans. Not sure where your located. Come to think of it, I see it with someregulaity up and down stores along 95 and 495.
I saw them at Redstone Andover, which leads me t think they'd have them in Stoneham. Pricey, though. $19/6 pk.
Price always make me hesitate to try Evil Twin beer. But when I do, I am usual impressed. Ash Tray Heart was a mess and the doughnut one was weird.
Thanks all! Though $19 per sixer definitely puts it out of my range of anything I can afford on the regular. I've had a ton of the White Birch (I vote blueberry as the winner btw), but it doesn't quite have the 'smack you upside the mouth' aciditiy that the Evil Twin had, and I love that kind of sour. I'll have to look out for the Bruery and Night Shift ones as well.
Plenty of em still around, I just got afresh sipment last week, ~$16 a 6pk in CT. Excellent beer for the weather that's coming (hopefully)
Picked up a six pack of cans (along with some grapefruit sculpin!) from Yankee Spirits in Swansea today
