I disagree on the barrel thing. I honestly don't think there is anything to do to make this beer better. One of two beers I have given a 5/5 score. Because in my opinion this cannot improve. If I ever see it again I will buy every bottle I can afford.

What sours have they put out? We get a ton of their stuff here in SC, but I haven't noticed sours. I would most certainly be interested in them though.

I'm glad to hear Biscotti Break is one of the all-around favorites from them. Evil Twin just became available in my area a few months ago. After the initial sticker shock I decided I had to spring for at least one bottle to say I had tried one of their beers. Coincidentally, that was the one I got. Been sitting on it for a couple months, but now I'm anxious to crack it open!

Hopefully you have Imperial Biscotti and not just normal. Biscotti Break is slightly above average; Imperial Biscotti Break is quite an experience.

I slightly embellished that number. Beer Geek Breakfast is $10.99 here in Wisconsin, and is a fantastic beer for that price. Other Mikkeller bombers are comparable, give or take a dollar or two from that $11 base price.

The only one I've seen out here in BC is Soft Dookie, and I loved it and would buy it again for $10.99. Is it worth that? Maybe not, but we don't get an insane amount of quality products from that region here, so IMO it's worth the extra few bucks. Looks like I'll be getting to try another of their products soon though, because one of the beers in the Rieder Beer Advent calendar this year is an Evil Twin, I just don't know which one of theirs it is...

I don't know about what's available in bottles, but at Boreft's they had the Cranberry & Gooseberry Danbic which in my opinion were very young mediocre lambics, just ok. They also had Justin Blabaer which was also just ok.

I just had Freudian Slip not too long ago. I wasn't even going to order it until I saw it was a collaboration with Westbrook. Can you shed some light on the relationship between these folks?

Fruedian Slip is probably my least favorite beer by them. Not bad, but pretty mediocre. As far as the relationship, they contract brew out of Westbrook, so much (maybe all) of their US product is brewed at Westbrook brewery.

They just released a collaboration IS at the brewery, called Minigrowler Imperial Stout. Its another solid IS, although not one of my favorites.

The only beer from Evil Twin I'll happily pay for is Imperial Biscotti Break. I thought it was fantastic. I have had much else from them, but most of it has at least been enjoyable.

The cans and everything in 22oz bottles are made at Westbrook, the 500mL bottles are from Fanø, and the 11.2-12oz bottles are kind of a mixed bag, but I think much of it is from Westbrook. A new batch of Even More Jesus was brewed at a Mexican micro (unique bottle shape, beer name is in Spanish).

They may be a more expensive but in most cases that I've tried they are also better. As someone else mentioned I WILL buy any imperial stout I see from Evil Twin. Soft DK, Soft Xmas, Yin, Christmas Eve and particularly Imperial Biscotti Break have proven to me that he KNOWS how to brew what I consider to be a fantastic stout.
I've also enjoyed several of his IPAs but I'm much more wary about buying them. With no bottling dates I can't justify the price for an IPA that might have been sitting on the shelf for 6+ months. Those that my friends have shared & that I've had on tap have been quite good (though I think his brother does a slightly better job on the hoppy brews).

Epilogue is their Monk Suffers Serious Sugar Rush On The Barbados aged in wine barrel, and it is a pretty nice little sour.

I thought Lil B was great. I had one, then went back and have bought another stashed away. IMO, it was a unique imperial porter that was worth paying 5 more dollars then the other imperial porter options that are out there
