Evolution Rise Up Bottles - Finally!!!

    Glad to see Rise Up finally make it to bottles. This is a spectacular coffee stout, esp at 6.5%. Probably EVO's best beer.

    Picked it up at Norm's, expect to see it all over soon. Thanks, EVO!!!

    Just got my 4 from Rips, not mindblowing but "usual suspect" regarding style. No Earth shattering notes (unlike Lot 6, palate wrecker all day Dronin'). Worth the $ Tag but just that IMHO.

    Fair enough, sounds like you like it, perhaps not as enthusiastic about it as I am. Good stuff.

    Lot 6 is a fine piece of craftsmanship, glad to see EVO releasing these beers.

    I love Rise Up Coffee, and I love Rise Up Stout. My local store is probably glad they finally got the bottles in, so I can stop bothering them now.

    It's about time! I remember going to the brewery back in the summer of '09 and them telling me that this was giong to be in bottles that fall/winter LOL! I haven't had the beer since then but really thought that it was a pretty tremendous Coffee Stout at the time. I'm looking forward to checking it out agian.

    One of my favorite coffee stouts. I'll be on the lookout for bottles. Hopefully this is a year-round thing now.
